October 24, 2018 — Trader Joe’s grocery stores have recalled some salads and burritos because the corn or onion ingredient may be contaminated with Listeria and Salmonella.
Trader Joe’s issued the recall after being notified of the potential risk by a 3rd-party supplier. No illnesses were reported and the contamination has not been confirmed.

Trader Joe’s has removed and destroyed all of the recalled products from stores.
