Graco Recalls Inclined Baby Sleepers for Suffocation Risk

January 29, 2020 — Multiple recalls have been issued for over 119,000 inclined sleepers, baby swings, and rockers because they pose a suffocation hazard.

No injuries or deaths have been linked to the recalled products listed below, but all of them have a similar design as other inclined baby sleepers that are linked to more than 70 deaths.

The sleepers pose a suffocation hazard to babies when they roll from their back to their stomach, on their side, or other circumstances.

Graco recalled over 111,000 Little Lounger Rocking Seat, which is a rocking seat and a vibrating lounger. They were sold at Target, Babies R Us and other stores nationwide and online from 2013 through 2018 for about $80.

Evenflo recalled about 3,100 Pillo Portable Nappers. The inclined sleepers were sold at stores such as Target, Kohl’s, Amazon.com, Buy Buy Baby, JC Penney, and Walmart from May 2017 through January 2020 for about $75.

Delta Enterprise Corp. recalled about 5,900 inclined sleepers sold under several brand-names, including Disney Baby, Beautyrest, Delta Children, Simmons, and more.

Delta’s inclined sleepers have adjustable feeding positions for newborns. They were sold at stores nationwide, Amazon.com, Kmart, and ToysRUs.com from January 2017 through December 2018 for between $42 and $51. The following products are included in the recall:

• Delta Children Deluxe 3-in-1 Activity Rocker, Feeder and Sleeper
• Simmons Kids Beautyrest Deluxe 3-in-1 Activity Rocker, Feeder, and Sleeper
• 3-in-1 Activity Rocker, Feeder and Incline Sleeper
• And others
