In April 2024, Walmart recalled about 51,750 Mainstays® Electric Mini Choppers after 5 people suffered laceration injuries, cuts, or stitches.

Walmart explained that these “injuries occurred during assembly of the product or during cleaning/handling of the product.”
How To Identify Recalled Mini Choppers
The recall involves Mainstays Electric Mini Choppers that were sold exclusively at Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com from August 2022 through October 2023 for between $10 and $15.
They can be identified by model number MS14100094536S1, which can be found on a label to the bottom of the clear plastic bowl.
The recalled mini choppers have a green lid, white base, and 3 blades on a white plastic spindle, which rotates inside a clear plastic bowl. The electric devices are cordless and rechargeable.
What Should I Do?
Walmart is urging customers to immediately stop using the recalled mini choppers and return them to any Walmart for a full refund.
