Filing an Individual Lawsuit Against Ecolab
If you were injured by Oxycide, talk to a lawyer about filing an individual lawsuit. Our law firm may be able to help you seek financial compensation for your pain and suffering, lost income, medical bills, long-term health problems, decreased quality of life, and more.
Why Our Law Firm is Filing Individual Lawsuits as Opposed to a Class Action
Class actions are useful when everyone is seeking a relatively small payout, such as a refund for a defective product.
The problem with class actions is that everyone who joins the lawsuit shares the payout, which is why the payouts per person are generally very small. This is why class actions are rarely filed for people who have serious injuries.
