Lite Fit USA is marketed as an “herbal” weight-loss supplement, but it actually contains sibutramine. This hidden ingredient is known to increase blood pressure and heart-rate. It was pulled off the market in 2010 over concern about heart attack, stroke, and other life-threatening cardiovascular events.
