How To Identify BowFlex Dumbbells
BowFlex 552 and 1090 Adjustable Dumbbells are home-gym weightlifting exercise equipment. They were sold in pairs or individual units, black in color, with weight-plates and a molded plastic tray.
Users could adjust the weights with selector-dial knobs on the end of each dumbbell. The model 552 dumbbells adjusted from 5 to 52.5 pounds. The model 1090 dumbbells adjusted from 10 to 90 pounds.
The recalled BowFlex dumbbells were sold as early as 2004 by the now-bankrupt company Nautilus (which later became BowFlex). The brand was acquired in April 2024 by Johnson Health Tech Trading.
