In January 2024, BISSELL recalled about 142,000 BISSELL® Multi-Reach Hand and Floor Vacuum Cleaners because the battery can catch on fire and cause burn injuries.
The problem is that the lithium-ion battery pack on the recalled BISSELL Multi-Reach Hand and Floor Vacuum Cleaners can overheat and catch on fire. Two people suffered minor burn injuries.
