Flyboss Bouncers Linked to Infant Head Injuries

On September 10, 2026, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) issued an urgent Safety Warning for parents to stop using Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer and Rocker Chairs because they can collapse unexpectedly during use, which may result in a baby falling and hitting their head on the floor. At least 20 babies needed medical attention.

The warning involves about 14,200 bouncers that were sold nationwide on Amazon.com and eBay.com

Was This Product Recalled?

Unlike a typical recall, the CPSC published a “Product Safety Warning” for the Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer because the company did not respond to requests for a recall or other information. Therefore, customers who own this product are not eligible for a refund or repair.

The CPSC said the importer, a company called Dougllass LLC of Sheridan, Wyoming, “has been unresponsive to CPSC requests for a recall or information about this product.” As a result, consumers are urged to stop using the Flyboss infant bouncers immediately and throw them away.

What Is the Danger With These Bouncers?

The problem is that the baby bouncers collapse while in use, which poses a risk of impact injury to infants in the bouncer. Even a small drop can be dangerous for young infants. There is a serious risk of head injuries if the infant’s head hits the floor or other objects.

Which Bouncers Are Affected?

The warning applies to the following products:

  • Flyboss 3-in-1 Portable Baby Bouncer and Rocker Chairs
  • Three height settings
  • Colors: off-white, gray, and beige
  • Accessory bar with hanging moon, star, or animal toys

Where Were They Sold?

The bouncers were sold on Amazon.com from September 2024 through August 2026, but they have also appeared for sale/resale on eBay.com If you own this product, the CPSC urges you to stop using it and dispose of it.

How Many Babies Were Injured?

The CPSC said it is aware of 191 reports of the bouncers collapsing unexpectedly. These reports include 115 incidents where the infant fell and hit their head on the floor. Of these injuries, 20 babies were injured seriously enough that they were taken for medical attention.
