'Serious Spinout' Fireworks Recalled for Injury HazardSeptember 25, 2017 — Fireworks Over America, of Springfield, Missouri, has recalled ‘Serious Spinout’ multi-effect fireworks because they can tip over and fire shells at bystanders.

The recalled fireworks were sold nationwide between October 2016 and July 2017 for about $10 at wholesalers and fireworks stores, tents, and stands.

According to a warning from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC):

The words “Serious Spinout” and an image of 2 yellow cars is printed on the front of the product. The fireworks consist of 8 tubes that are bundled together, measuring about 6″ tall by 4″ wide.
